Clothes Designer Sylvie Privat
We love Sylvie for the French sensibility she brings to her designs, as well as her unique approach to green design. Who knew you could look fabulous AND protect Mother Earth?
Sylvie Privat has been sewing and designing her clothes since she was 10 years old. Taught by her grand-ma (sewing teacher) and mother in France, Sylvie finally completed her sewing/pattern-making education in US at Canada College and Apparel-Arts.

Conscious of the need to elevate the process of garment making to a more eco-friendly process (cc Why zero-waste fashion). Sylvie took on the challenge of developing this unique collection of zero-waste patterns – SomaPatterns – Available now to everybody to enjoy.
